In 1993, at the age of 23, David retired from the California Iron Workers Local Union #433 after years of building skyscrapers. Just three years later he graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and immediately proceeded to the study of law. In 1999, David graduated from the Indiana University School of Law at Bloomington with a Doctor of Jurisprudence. That same year he returned to his home state of Arizona to begin his practice of law.
In the years that followed David honed his skills as a trial lawyer amassing a considerable number of Not Guilty jury verdicts. David's experience spans death penalty cases, murder cases, armed robberies to white collar crimes and DUI- related offenses including aggravated assault and manslaughter. David's reputation as a talented trial law eventually led to his appointment as a panel lawyer for the Phoenix Law Enforcement Agency, the entity that represents the officers of the Phoenix Police Department, and he also provides similar representation for the Agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigations. David is the lead trial lawyer at the Weingart Law Firm.
