More frequently, our juvenile defense attorneys  are asked to represent young people on such less serious offenses as dining and dashing, minor in possession or consumption of alcohol, or drug possession offenses. We have considerable experience with representing Arizona State University students and other young people between the ages of 18 and 21 on charges such as underage DUI, possession or use of a fake ID, and other alcohol-related charges. In Arizona, conviction of these offenses can result in sanctions such as suspension of a drivers license for periods ranging from six months to two years.
